Trailer Synopsis

The Basil Brush Show was a British children's television sitcom series, starring the glove puppet fox, Basil Brush. It was produced for six series by The Foundation, airing on CBBC from 4 October 2002 to 21 December 2007. The show is a spin-off from the original 1960's/1970's BBC television series, but without any of the original cast.

Even Cousin Mortimer is roped in to give them the benefit of his mathematical skills. (This episode is the series finale and the 2005 Christmas Episode.)

Basil, Dave and Stephen set up as a boy band. In spite of being terrible, a record producer signs them up and immediately dubs their voices and re-works their style. Eventually Dave and Stephen leave, are replaced, leaving Basil as the only original band member. They may be successful, but is Basil willing to mime?

The Episode starts with Basil, Molly and Dave in jail. But they are soon joined by cousin Mortimer. After Basil and the gang recap everything that has happened. (They accidently clone 2 mr. stevens, the real one is fired for being bad, the new one a genius has been captured for testing in a secret government lab). After findind the real Steven, they break into the lab and save the fake. By Basil mucks up trying to get rid of steven's clone instead makes copies of everyone (Himself, molly, dave and Bigo) Eventually the original gang are fired and replaced by the clones. They go to work at Anil's and get paid 25 pence the lot of them. Basil has an idea to let the clones age and when they are gone get their jobs back. It works. the gang are back.

Dave's science homework results in Mr Stephen being cloned. Basil and the gang feel the new Stephen is of a slightly higher pedigree than the original!

Anil, feeling threatened by the popularity of the organic produce, tries to sabotage the operation using toxic waste provided by Cousin Mortimer. However,the waste give such amazing results that soon Basil wholefoods are in the shops. Unfortunately there is a side effect.

Madison's Aunt Maddie arrvies from America and is deposited in the flat with Basil and the gang who are keen to get rid of her, but when she ends up winning a million pounds on the lottery their feelings change as they offer to help her spend the money. However it is Madison and Molly who come up with the best way of getting rid of a million!

Puppets Who Kill is a Canadian television comedy programme co-produced by The Comedy Network. It premiered in Canada on the Comedy Network in 2002, and in Australia on The Comedy Channel in 2004. In Puppets Who Kill, Rocko the Dog, Cuddles the Comfort Doll, Buttons the Bear, and Bill the Dummy are four live, anthropomorphic puppets with a history of delinquency and recidivism. Canadian courts sent each of them to a halfway house for puppets, operated by a man named Dan Barlow.

Spitting Image is an award winning British satirical puppet show, created by Peter Fluck, Roger Law and Martin Lambie-Nairn. The series was produced by Spitting Image Productions for Central Independent Television over 18 series which aired on the ITV from 1984 to 1996. The series was nominated and won numerous awards during its run including 10 BAFTA Awards, including one for editing in 1989, and even won two Emmy Awards in 1985 and 1986 in the Popular Arts Category. The series featured puppet caricatures of celebrities famous during the 1980s and 1990s, including British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and fellow Tory politicians, American president Ronald Reagan, and the British Royal Family. The Series was the first to caricature the Queen mother. The series was axed in 1996, after viewing figures declined. ITV had plans for a new series in 2006, but these were scrapped after a dispute over Ant & Dec puppets used to host the reviews "Best Ever Spitting Image", which were created against Roger Law's wishes.
