After reliving the life of a high school student through the ReLIFE experiment, 27-year-old Arata Kaizaki cannot believe how quickly it has changed him. He has begun to see the world through a different perspective that he had completely forgotten as an adult. He has made friends and formed deep relationships with each one of them. However his support, Ryou Yoake, reminds him that the experiment is all an illusion; after his experiment ends, he will be forgotten by all of them. The experiment of another ReLIFE subject is also coming to an end. After spending two years with ReLIFE, Chizuru Hishiro has developed into a more open, more thoughtful person than she could have ever imagined. She has met people who have changed her life, her perspective, and ultimately her. However, now that their ReLIFE is coming to an end, will they be able to let go of the memories they have made?

The second semester begins, and Okami and Kariu, who won first place in the exam, become chairpersons. Kariu rushes to think that Hishiro has cut corners for her, but Hishiro is simply distracted. In fact, since the fireworks display, she's been full of thoughts about Kaizaki. In order to get rid of this feeling, Hishiro calls Dawn and asks "Isn't Kaizaki also a ReLIFE subject?"
Kaizaki realized that he liked Hishiro, but he couldn't be positive about it because he was concerned about the one-year limit. On the day of the Aoba Festival, he tried to make the last memories of high school like the gods, but he refrained from taking pictures. On the other hand, Hishiro still can't figure out what her feelings for Kaizaki are, and she tries something crazy to find out!
Kaizaki, who is worried about the final exam, asks Okami to study with him. Okami seems to have invited Kariu to a Christmas date, and he asks Kaizaki, "Why don't you invite Hishiro?", but it was a complicated problem for Kaizaki. The next day, Hishiro avoids Kaizaki for some reason. When Kaizaki thought Hishiro was upset with him without knowing the reason, she suddenly asked him about his schedule for the 25th...
It's almost time for the graduation ceremony. Kaizaki and Hishiro spend their time together. Yomei and Onoya of the Relife Support Division had no choice but to watch over them quietly. The relife of Kaizaki and Hishiro will be over soon, which meant returning to working life and losing memories of each other.
