The cartel's business freezes as Jerry's underlings plan a magic ball where he can find his princess. Bob Dill thinks the party is a cover for so the major drug runners to discuss international distribution strategies.

Jerry implements his plans to take the cartel in a more professional, corporate direction. His second in command, Diego discovers there's a rat in their midst.

Through an informant, Dil discovers that the cartel is in shambles due to the mysterious disappearance of drug lord Hector Diaz. At the helm is Hector's only son, Jerry. Troubled and emotional, Jerry's first order of business is to find those responsible for the death of his best friend, Perro.
