60-year-old diabetic Tony has an infected leg wound and must be assessed to ensure it doesn't spread. 3-year-old Billy has swollen eyes after accidentally squirting detergent in them. 80-year-old Ida has pain in her knee, and doctors are concerned when an X-ray reveals a shadow on her bone.
