Trailer Synopsis

'Oswaldo' follows the misadventures of a school-aged penguin who was adopted and raised by human parents and who must now face his biggest challenge -- surviving school… which is way harder than it sounds, especially when you are an excitable, flat-out weird little guy whose brain is infused with useless pop-culture. Thankfully, this weirdest of penguins can count on Tobias and Leia the kind of friends who are there no matter what life throws at him – strict art teachers, rabid packs of babies, role-playing games gone awry, and even occasional rogue science fair projects. Which is pretty much what ‘Oswaldo’ would call a normal day.

Episode 13 : Jeorigins: Jermaine Begins

After being asked about his manner, Geovan has a flashback to his childhood. In the playground, with his grandmother, little Gegê looks for friends to play with, and finds Oswaldo, who is only interested in his toys. As they play, Oswaldo and other children drop Geovan's toys, one by one, down the slope that leads to the teenagers' area. After losing the last toy he had, Geovan decides to go downhill to retrieve it, and discovers in the teenagers the friendship he wanted, and the style he took for life.

Episode 12 : Workopolis

All children are in the Trabalhópolis park. Everyone except Oswaldo, who was left out for being too lazy. Revolted by the idea that his colleagues have of him, Oswaldo decides to work, and soon understands the harsh reality of playing at work. Upon discovering what the new park was hiding, Oswaldo tries, with the help of his friends, to reveal the truth about the park. Even in prison, he manages to unmask Trabalhópolis, and the children rebel against the system, reliving the amusement park as it should be, and all go back to playing. Everyone except Oswaldo, who is too lazy to get out of prison.

Episode 11 : Bad Hair Day

It's a party day at school, but the focus of the students is the bathroom, occupied by Medeiros, who makes Geovan his hostage. Oswaldo proposes to help, being the rescue negotiator, but even after researching foods that bind and release, he still doesn't understand what might be happening, until he finds out with Leia's help that the problem is a new haircut - and ugly - from Medeiros. Tobias solves the problem with his newest wig made of beards and tufts of hair, and everyone heads off to the party.

Episode 10 : Stuck in the Traffic With You

While his mother and father discuss GPS in traffic, Oswaldo gets out of his car to buy water. While looking for a vendor, Oswaldo passes by the car of several colleagues, also stuck in traffic, until he reaches Dimitri's family car - which is broken, and causing a traffic jam. Finally, he meets the water seller, and goes back to his parents' car, passing his classmates' car again.

Episode 9 : Oswaldonet

Oswaldo is outraged when he learns that his colleagues blocked him on social networks, and during his tantrum, Professor Joubert confiscates the cell phones of everyone in the room, who soon experience an abstinence crisis. Oswaldo then had the idea of creating OSWALDONET. More and more students are interested in the new network, and with all success, Oswaldo decides to earn on top of it, and charges snacks and soft drinks for different services for its users. Tired of the abuse and censorship of the city, Leia organizes a riot, and upon noticing that he has become a tyrant, Oswaldo and his gang go to Joubert to take back their cell phones.

Episode 8 : Oswaldo is the New Black

It's a field trip day, and all the students are excited, until they get the news that it won't be Gibraltar who will be the responsible teacher, but Joubert. The children have their candy confiscated, and are divided into three groups to make the artwork. Leia and Oswaldo decide to escape the camp, but are caught during the escape by Medeiros and Joubert, who chase them to the end of the pipe, and only realize that it's an ambush too late. Dawn, and the students leave, forgetting about the two.

Episode 7 : Oswaldo Goes Advertisement

July. 15,2019

Oswaldo goes to work with his father, and quickly becomes bored. They get into a meeting with Colonel Pato, who hates all the ideas of advertisers, until they come across the drawing of Pato Joinha that Oswaldo was making. The Colonel loves the duck, and Oswaldo is immediately hired by the agency, being soon promoted, and ends up firing his own father. But when asked to do a Father's Day campaign, he understands that he shouldn't be doing any of that. He goes out and goes to expopug, to have fun with his friends.

Episode 6 : No Hay Banda

After receiving the grades for a test, Oswaldo, Leia and Tobias lean against the courtyard wall, and are surprised by Ian taking a picture of the three, claiming to be a fan of their band. The three are confused, but end up liking the idea, and decide to create the band. But before they manage to choose the name, Oswaldo remembers what Ozzy said about his experience with Risollica and, paranoid, decides to go solo. On the day of the soiree, Tobias and Leia take the stage, but give up on performing. Afterwards, Oswaldo realizes that it is not worth pursuing a career without his friends, and when they notice that none of them can play, they abandon the career.

Episode 5 : Stego & Saurus - Pleading the Fifth (Grade)

Gibraltar sends Oswaldo and Dimitri to work on Stegosaurus. The boys, like a pair of police officers, embark on an adventure in search of the dinosaur book that has disappeared from the school library. Medeiros is accused of stealing the book by Geovan. Dimitri is suspended from school when the book is found in his backpack. Oswaldo, suspicious, unravels the plot revealing that Geovan is the culprit for hiding the book, as it contained information about his love for Leia.

Episode 4 : Synecdoche Oswaldo

June. 24,2019

Students are submitting essays about their vacation. Geovan reads his essay, which turns out to be an endless "tic tac", and is interrupted by Professor Gibraltar. In Oswaldo's turn, the bell rings. Oswaldo does not believe that a simple essay is worthy of his vacation, and decides to direct a play about it, paying his colleagues with risolis to act. Finally, his colleagues tire of the impossible stories and the arrogance of Oswaldo, who is forced to admit that his vacation was normal and boring.

Episode 3 : The Brunch Club

June. 17,2019

Oswaldo wakes up in the classroom at night, with P.A., Sandra, Vivian and Geovan. They think they are there as a punishment for something they did and start talking about it. P.A. wrote a poem on the school desk. Geovan brought a bat to school. Vivian popped all the volleyballs. Sandra tampered with the school's world maps, and Oswaldo put his mouth to the drinking fountain. In the end, everyone enters the Parent-Teacher Meeting to reveal "their crimes" and director Marilua sends them to write an essay about it.

Episode 2 : Bicycle Diaries

Oswaldo "kills" the patient in the Operation game who was playing with Leia and Tobias and goes into a crisis. To rethink his life, Oswaldo sets off on a journey around the block. After learning about the stories of Fidel, Rafael, Ernestinho and Maurinha, who encourages him to overcome his trauma of "killing a patient", Oswaldo returns home, but again fails in the game.

Episode 1 : Close Encounters of The Checho Kind

Oswaldo, Tobias and Leia are watching Planeta Checho. Leia tries to explain to friends that the program is taped nearby, but the two believe that Checho is really an alien. To try to talk to the presenter, they go to UFO fanatic Gibraltar. After several unsuccessful attempts, they decide to go to the area near the TV recorder's antenna with items that - according to the professor - attract abductions. The three children fall asleep, and wake up inside the studios at Planeta Checho. They spend the show having fun and at the end, Oswaldo and Tobias (who still believe they are on another planet) try to climb onto Checho's "ship".
