Anica, an employee of a teleoperator's call center, receives a disturbing call one evening from Sonja, a wealthy widow whose phone is being followed and tapped. As the threat to Sonja intensifies, Anica is drawn into a case connected to events from her past.

Anica ends up in the police for breaking into Sonja's house, but her former boss, Branko, takes her out of the station. Sonja is not answering anyone's phone and there are increasing suspicions that she has disappeared. Una decides to solve Anica's problem in her own way...

Anica tries to find the location of Sonja's phone. Tijana cannot sit idly by and run away from her uncle's house. Una and Saya plan to wait for Zabac, while Zvezdana finds a way to remove suspicion from Sinpex.
