The Last Wolf series tells the story of a bloodshed involving a conflict between two mafia groups. Actor Abimana Aryasatya plays Alex, the same character he played in the previous film. Alex is a member of the Mafia group Naga Hitam. The figure of Alex will be the main story of this series. One old name that came back is Fathir, played by Reza Pahlevi.

Alex works with Denpator to find info about the Black Dragon. Meanwhile, the Black Dragon drug market is threatened by a new drug, Blue Paradise, which is circulated through the Balabadik post by Red Spiders.
Alex knew that his family was in danger because he saw Reno. He asks Margo to tell her the location of her family, but it's not only Alex who's looking for them, the Black Dragons are after Aryati and Kayla.
Alex knows his family is dead, he attacks the Denpator and the Black Dragon in anger. The Red Spider was the one who saved his family before being killed by Reno's men. Alex is indebted to the Red Spider, but he wants his family to be safe.
The Blue Paradise compounder became the target of many people. Alex who is in debt to the Red Spider must save him. At a Pier he confronts Reno and Robert, to bring out the beleaguered Norman.
Reno takes over Balabadik, he declares war on Alex, and the remnants of the Denpator. Alex had to run away, but many of his friends didn't make it. Alex finally turned himself in to the Police.
Alex turns out to have a plan in the Police prison. He gets help from his friend Margo, but instead they are taken to a field to be executed.
Last chance to stop Reno Before he becomes even stronger, all parties must ally and put aside their differences, but in the end there must be one ruler?
