The 1% moniker stems from a controversial quote from the American Motorcycle Association stating that 99% of all motorcycle riders are law abiding citizens, implying that 1% were not. Today, 1% motorcycle clubs are considered outlaws by law enforcement and the government. Despite this reputation and risk, these Warlocks members devote their loyalty to the club, putting brotherhood above all else; no risk is too great. But this loyalty is the root cause of their biggest conflict attempting to balance family life with the violent subculture the Warlocks live in. Each episode follows this group of bikers as they struggle to solve their personal problems while staying true to the Warlocks' 1% life. But in the end, each of them must choose to make sacrifices to pay the price for the freedom they desire.

The consequences of Shotgun’s lifestyle threaten the safety of his family and himself, causing Shotgun to turn to his brothers for help in relocating his late wife’s grave. Scooter’s upcoming prison release serves as a cautionary tale for Slob, making him question the 1% lifestyle and if he can continue down this unpredictable and violent path, which has been steering him away from his family obligations. Phil Z visits his special-needs son and realizes he needs to come up with money to cover his medical bills.
In the wake of Slob's motorcycle accident, Troy goes on a manhunt to track down the guy who hit Slob. And Phil Z takes out a shady loan to start a legit business to try and raise money for his special needs son.
Phil Z misses his first loan payment on the bar and returns to his 1%-er ways. Slob takes his brothers on a quest to learn the moonshine trade, leading to an explosive confrontation. Contender’s daughter brings a date to meet the Warlocks.
Troy puts his wallet and his pride on the line to convince the club to host a Warlocks backyard fight night. Slob and Kimmie decide to renew their vows for their 25th anniversary. And a Warlock pays the price for his lifestyle choice.
