Trailer Synopsis

Hype is a sketch comedy television series on The WB Television Network. It ran for 16 episodes from October 8, 2000 to February 18, 2001. Most of the central jokes making fun of celebrities in the news at the time. The show however didn't garner enough attention and was canceled after one season, though two of its cast members would go on to find success on the FOX sketch show MADtv.

Where she is over weight, she tells us that she always like hair, then at that point he forces her to play tennis; They spoof a cross between MTV's ""Fear"" and incidents in Home Depot where items falls on customers. This sketch features 2 participants, in Costco's Wearhouse, where boxes falls mysteriously, and the run and scream like hell; They promote Christina Aguilera's new album ""Mireflano"". Where she tells the audience that she has more Spanish than Madonna, and that her cousin sells oranges on the freeways; They promote a new show called ""When Good Stars Go Bad"", Only on Fox, where Jennifer Love Hewitt is caught running over a homeless man.

The Amanda Show is an American live action sketch comedy and variety show that aired on Nickelodeon from October 16, 1999 to September 21, 2002. It starred Amanda Bynes, Drake Bell, and Nancy Sullivan, along with several performing artists who came and left at different points, such as John Kassir, Raquel Lee, and Josh Peck. The show was a spin-off from All That, in which Bynes had co-starred for several years. The show was unexpectedly cancelled at the end of 2002, according to creator Dan Schneider's blog. Writers for the show included John Hoberg, Steven Molaro, Andrew Hill Newman, and Dan Schneider.
