Surprise Surprise is presented by Holly Willoughby. The show sees different members of the studio audience being surprised as they are reunited with relatives they had not seen for a long time or they are offered the chance to make their dreams come true.

Holly Willoughby takes over hosting duties from Cilla Black in the return of the show that sees members of the public nominated to have their dreams fulfilled. In the first episode, a soldier faces up to his biggest fear, and a man gives his best friend a special gift. The Saturdays surprise a deserving fan and a couple are reunited with something very special after more than 40 years. With co-hosts Dave Berry and Kian Egan and guest appearances by the Military Wives and Jenson Button.
