Trailer Synopsis

Three computer-savvy kids, Naoto, Yuka and Ippei created their own videogame superhero, but then discover it possessed by an inter-dimensional police officer, Gridman. Pursuing an evil program called Kahn Digifer, he merges with Naoto and fights Kahn Digifer's digitized monsters in order to prevent the computerized demon from wreaking havoc on the Human World.

The Evil Lord Khan Digifer suddenly appears on Takeshi’s computer. He plants Gilarus into a computer of the hospital where Naoto’s little brother, Daichi, is being treated for appendicitis. It disrupts the entire hospital’s facility!

Episode 2 - The Secret of Accepter

Takeshi creates Vamora, who tries to enter the real world by creating a Space Warp system on a computer at the university. Can Gridman stop him from entering the real world and destroying the city?

Episode 3 - Imminent Telephone Panic
April. 17,1993

Daichi and Ippei's little sister Kana gets trapped in a container carrier. Volcadon destroys the telephone station's computer, making Kana's cellphone to go kaput. Ippei is convinced that Gridman will take down Volcadon and searches for Kana.

Naoto's father, Soichiro takes the car to go golfing with a critic. Takeshi plants the Stealgun into the car's computer. Can Gridman stop the runaway car?

The computer system at Central Distribution Center is destroyed by Bagira, causing all distribution to stop and everyone panics. Ippei is forced to five up his favorite snack, the special hot dog. This motivates him to complete a special digital shield.

Takeshi transforms Anosillus, into a sound wave monster, who then terrorizes the people with a murderous sound wave. Then, Unizon appears before Gridman and challenges Takeshi by playing music to change back Anosillus into herself.

Takeshi becomes jealous of Yuka baking a cake for Naoto. With the help of Khan Digifer, her plants Flamelar into Yuka's microwave oven. An unsuspecting Yuka continues baking, but an explosion is imminent.

Episode 8 - Brother's Bond
May. 22,1993

Brizzler and Flamelar destroy the air conditioner's computer system. The termperature in Yuka's house rises, and in Daichi's house it plummets to minus 30 degrees Celsius. Gridman struggles fighting off the Freezing Monster and Flame Monster brothers.

Shinobilar invades the computer system of a cram school, and brainwashes students with evil teaching. Naoto's friends are affected too. Naoto and his gang sneak into the school and witness the students being brainwashed!

Telaguyer runs wild in the computer system of the Waterworks Bureau and Gridman fall for a trap and gets captured. An Assist Weapon is dispatched to save Gridman from the crisis!

Metalus invades the computer system for cash registers, causing customers' card balances to be at 100,000 yen. What's more, the cash resgister are set to explode when the balance reaches zero. God Tank fights the beam-immune Metalus with cannons.

Takeshi becomes infuriated with the security company when Catburglar Matty breaks into his home. He plants Magnegaus into the security system of the company. As Gridman struggles with the magnetic destructive beam, the Assist Weapons transform into God Zenon by Thundergod Combination.

Generedon invades the computer at a sports club, causing the training machines to go out of control. Even Gridman loses his power to Generedon!

Mecha Gilarus invades the World Standard Time Center and disrupts clocks all around the world. Gridman heads to the World Standard Time Center in England, via satellite. Can Gridman fix the disrupted time?

Shinobilar invades a virtual shooting game, manipulating a mid-game Yuka. Yuka starts shooting people with a Laser Gun. Gridman stands up to Shinobilar, but Ippei struggles to control the junk alone.

A glitch in the police station's security system causes a murderer to escape. He steals a gun from a police officer, and flees into the Junk Room where Naoto and Ippei are. The muderer points a gun at Ippei. What will happen to Ippei?

Episode 17 - A Lonely Hacker
July. 24,1993

A computer hacker erases Thunder Jet's data. Manipulated by Imit-Anosillus, the hacker harasses Gridman. An unprepared God Zenon is dispatched, and is destroyed in the attack!

Mecha Bagira awakens a mummy! Convinced that Yuka is a princess, the mummy runs wild and chases her. Gridman struggles at first, but challenges the Mecha Bagira with a new weapon, the Dragonic Cannon.

Episode 19 - A Sexy Police Woman in Trouble
August. 07,1993

A rookie policewoman accidently reads Takeshi's memo for an invasion plan. Takeshi decides to get rid of both her and the memo. He sends the Mecha Flamelar into the hair salon while she is there, and tries to burn everything down!

Episode 20 - Colors Disappear From The Planet of Earth
August. 14,1993

Takeshi loses in a computer graphic contest and holds a grudge against one of the judges, Naoto's uncle. Takeshi uses the Mecha Stealgun to deprive Naoto's uncle of his vision for color. Meanwhile, Ippei dispatches the Dragon Fortress.

Dazuruba invades the "Dream Night," an electronic sound sleep pillow. This causes Naoto and his gang to be lured into an evil world of bad dreams. Gridman uses the Grid Kinesis to awaken Naoto and launch a counteroffensive!

A fossil of a tyrannosaurus is discovered in Sakuragaoka, Khan Digifer becomes enraged when the excavation team calls it "The King of Dinosaurs." He plants Neo Metalas into the excavator, planning to destroy the fossil.

Episode 23 - An Assassination! A Thunderclap in Hell
September. 04,1993

A lightning strike causes a blackout in Sakuragaoka. Khan Digifer plots to destroy Gridman by creating a blackout mid-battle. Meanwhile, Ippei continues treading on his bicycle power generator to send electricity to the Junk.

Plandon invades the Bio Gardening Center and alters the Refran, a genetically-engineered flower, into a poisonous one. The poisonous pollen of the Refran reaches the Junk Room, preventing Gridman from dispatching.

Gridman fights Venora that has invaded the smoke ventilation system of a factory. The sight of Gridman suffering from Venora's toxic gas is projected into the sky, and the people all witness him fighting for them!

Gridman briefly retreats. Naoto has been badly affected and experiences hallucinations. Toxic gas covers the city, and no one can get out. Encouraged by Yuka, Naoto prepares himself to fight again.

Kidnapped by Toru and Juunko, Daichi is hidden in a toy factory. Around the same time, Voranga destroys the computer system for toys. The toys are affected and attack Daichi.

Takeshi wants Yuka to himself, and traps her inside a video camera. Soon after, the townspeople become trapped too. Gridman merges with Naoto, and heads off to rescue Yuka.

Kung Fu Shinobilar sends a signal to computer-controlled dog collars, causing dogs to act violently. The plan is to make the dogs attack humans. One of Yuka's friend's dogs is put in danger.

Jubagon invades a fortune-telling computer, and emits an "Obeying Beam" all over the town. Gridman is exposed to the beam, making him bow down to Khan Digifer, and sets off to fight God Zenon.

Kirara comes upon Takeshi's floppy disk containing Khan Digifer. Khan Digifer makes her create a monster, and Telebose is born. Telebose causes telephones to malfunction, creating havoc throughout the city.

Gyurunba invades a computer-controlleed vacuum cleaner. It sucks up people who violate public morals. Gridman enters the vacuum cleaner to save the people who are trapped inside!

Takeshi's look alike, Takeo comes to town. Takeo hits it off with Naoto and his gang. Takeshi becomes jealous and plants Chidogelar into Takeo's microchip watch.

Khan Digifer brings Benkei from the past, as a bodyguard for Takeshi. Abumaru reprograms the computer, causing Benkei to act violently. Benkei must be sent back to his time, or history will change!

Takeshi becomes jealous of Yuka's kindness, and plants Goroma King into her hair dryer. Yuka uses the hair dryer and becomes a teenage delinquent with dyed hair!

A malfunction occurs in the control system of a shopping center. Yuka and her pregnant cousin, Akiho are trapped in an elevator. Akihoh goes into labor from the shock of it all. Can Gridman save them and the baby?!

Khan Giorgio controls the police with the "Khan Digifer Constitution." The law is rewritten, with right and wrong being reversed. Soichiro is arrested for a clean driving record and sentenced to capital punishment!

Gridman prevents Skabone from carrying out Operation Odor. Khan Digifer becomes furious with Takeshi's continuous failure. He kicks takeshi out and begins an indiscriminate attack by himself.

Khan Digifer invades the Junk's computer world and destroys the Assist Weapons. Being saved by Naoto becomes a wake up call for Takeshi. He works together with Naoto and his gang to bring down Khan Digifer!
