On a cursed island, plagued by a strange plague called “the Evil Being”, a king has his alchemists develop a remedy to save his people from the disease… but the antidote turns the inhabitants of the kingdom into monsters! He then decides to create an army using the latter, but very quickly, the situation becomes uncontrollable… A prophecy reveals the advent of an immortal hero, who will bring peace by killing the Demon King, responsible for this chaos. It will be the duty of Laure Esposito, a young guardian of the Order of Truth, to find this chosen one at the head of flame and to save the world from its destruction. Great good does him, because for the chosen one, find the cure to the Evil-Being: he does not care. To bring peace? He wants above all that we give it to him!

To escape their attackers, Laure and Flame-Head had to dive, to their great despair, into the sewers where those infected by the Mal-Être lurk. There, they then meet Paulo.

Thanks to Paulo, our two friends were finally able to return to the surface and continue actively searching for the Sword of Truth. Meanwhile, the Demon King calls upon his valiant knights, the Hand of the King, and summons them to hunt down his long-time enemy.

Although the knights of the Hand of the King managed to imprison Flame-Head in an inviolable hermetic shell, Laure managed to escape at the last minute, saving her comrade. However, the guardian of Truth is increasingly consumed by Evil until she meets a mysterious alchemist...

Laure saved and Flame-Head freed, our two friends set off in search of the King's Fingers in order to kill them. The first on the list is none other than Annulum, tax collector, who offers them a challenge that is unusual to say the least.

Annulum defeated, our two heroes are now heading towards the castle of Indexa, guardian of justice. But quickly, they find themselves confronted with a strange phenomenon…
