Nana To Karou
Kaoru is a 17-year-old virgin who has an S&M fetish. He has always dreamt about an SM relationship with his childhood friend Nana, who is looked upon as perfect and is always the target of boys' eyes. Their relationship has somewhat deteriorated through the years, due to them hanging out with different people and because Kaoru is not taking his education too seriously.
One day though, Kaoru's mother gives some of his S&M toys to Nana for safekeeping. Nana finds the leather one-piece that Kaoru bought and tries it on but accidentally locks herself in it and doesn't have the key!
Kaoru frees her of the one-piece, but then Nana realizes she may like Kaoru's hobby more than she thought and subsequently the two of them start engaging in so-called "breathers." These breathers are intended to relieve Nana of stress, stress originating from her attempts at keeping her grades and her name perfect.

Basta is a Flemish television program that was broadcast in the spring of 2011 on the Flemish TV channel Eén. It was a combination between a comedy television program, a current affairs program and a crime program. The program dealt with homemade investigative journalism.
Lawrence Leung's Unbelievable
Lawrence Leung's Unbelievable is a six-part Australian television comedy series, starring and primarily written by Melbourne comedian Lawrence Leung and produced by Unbelievable Productions.
In each episode, Leung—a self-confessed sceptic—investigates a type of paranormal phenomenon such as psychics, ghosts, UFOs, magic and psychological manipulation. In the final episode, Leung conducts an elaborate experiment to attempt to turn a sceptic into a believer in the paranormal.
The Drunk and On Drugs Happy Funtime Hour
The former Trailer Park Boys, Mike Smith, Robb Wells and JP Tremblay return to television to give Action viewers a new innovative comedy series, The Drunk and on Drugs Happy Funtime Hour. Set in the fictional town of Port Cockerton, this high-energy miniseries finds the boys in the midst of shooting their new sketch-variety TV show called “The Happy Funtime Hour.” The show gets eerie when an actor hired to play an eccentric scientist (the late Maury Chaykin) assumes the personality of his character after synthesizing a powerful and addictive hallucinogen derived from local berries. Chaos ensues when the cast of the variety show ingests the drugs and begin to believe they really are the characters they portray on the show and run amok throughout the small town. Guest stars include Jay Baruchel, Amy Sedaris, Pat Roach and John Dunsworth.
Horrible Histories with Stephen Fry
Horrible Histories with Stephen Fry was a re-version of Horrible Histories. Broadcast from 19 June 2011 to 31 July 2011, the program featured a compilation of sketches from the first two seasons of the parent show with Stephen Fry replacing Rattus Rattus as host, presenting "added insight and historical nuggets". The spin-off consists of his "hand pick[ed] funniest moments" from the two then-aired series. Holy Moly describes the series as "a re-hash of all the best sketches and japes from the previous two series, presented by Stephen Fry, who pops up every few minutes to explain and elucidate historical facts."
"Horrible Histories has been a hideously gruesome and gory success for CBBC and we are delighted to welcome it to BBC One", said Cassian Harrison, Commissioning Executive, History and Business, Science and Natural History. This version of the show came out just before the British Comedy Awards, when the show was still classified as strictly a children's show. After the awards show, when it had won the award and had become a lot more well known, it "made the transition". Norris found that the Stephen Fry repackage saw the adult demographic as a whole start to watch, where before it had just been parents and children. Instead of leaving the older generations knowing about the cultural phenomenon and the way the show is stereotype but knowing little about he actual show itself, it also gave them the "opportunity to go and watch it". Norris explained that the show was an experiment of "what would we do if [the Horrible Histories] was in primetime". While she liked the result, she would change some things if she "were to do it again". Essentially, all the writers had to do to make the repackage was choosing the sketches that seemed like they would work for adults, i.e., the non-kiddy ones, and then "writing links for Stephen Fry to connect them". So far, only one six-part series was aired.

Kollektivet
A group of young adults, Sebastian, Cecilie, Kevin, Jakob and Fridtjof, leads a show where they create and star in their own comedy sketches and music videos. Together they are "Kollektivet".
The Mortified Sessions
The Mortified Sessions is an American documentary talk show on the Sundance cable television channel, hosted by David Nadelberg. The series, which premiered in December 2011, features interviews with one or more celebrities each episode, showing photos and artifacts from their childhood.
The show serves as a companion piece to Mortified, a live stage show Nadelberg created nine years earlier in which people share excerpts of their childhood writing and art before an audience of total strangers in order to reveal a story about their life. The stage show launched a series of books and web content, has been featured numerous times on public radio's This American Life, and there are plans for a Mortified documentary.

Candy Cabs is a comedy drama series shown on BBC One in April 2011. The plot revolves around a group of friends who set up a female-only taxi company in a seaside town in Northern England. It is written by Johanne McAndrew and Elliott Hope and produced by Splash Media. The second series is to begin filming in October 2013.

Baker Boys
Baker Boys is an English-language Welsh television drama series, produced by BBC Wales and broadcast on BBC One Wales. The series was written by Helen Raynor and Gary Owen. Torchwood creator Russell T Davies also had a role as creative consultant, which he fulfilled from Los Angeles. The first episode of the series was broadcast on 23 January 2011.
The programme follows the workers of Valley Bara bakery which is the economic centre of Trefynydd, a small fictional village in South Wales. Generations of people had earned a living and formed a life at the bakery but this is thrown into jeopardy when recession bites and the bakery workers find themselves unemployed overnight. Writer Helen Raynor describes it as "a blue collar drama", explaining "we wanted to tell the story of a community, with a workplace at the centre of it, who suddenly fall on hard times".
Sugartown
Comedy drama revolving around a small seaside hamlet in the north of England, as a former resident returns with big plans for the community's re-development.
Friendship is Witchcraft
Friendship is Witchcraft is a series of videos overlaying scenes from My Little Pony Friendship is Magic with new dialogue. While technically an abridged series, the writers have stated that they stray so far away from the show's original story and characters that they prefer to consider it a glimpse into "a bizarro universe version of Friendship is Magic" airing on an alternate universe version of The Hub.

Super City was a New Zealand television comedy series starring Madeleine Sami. Season one was directed by Taika Waititi while season two was directed by Oscar Kightley.
The Drunk and On Drugs Happy Fun Time Hour
The Drunk and On Drugs Happy Funtime Hour is a Canadian television comedy series, airing in the 2011 television season on Action.
Described by its producers as "Curb Your Enthusiasm after it got smashed in the head with a hammer and force-fed liquor and drugs", the show stars former Trailer Park Boys actors John Paul Tremblay, Robb Wells and Mike Smith as fictionalized versions of themselves. The fictional trio are starring in a new sketch comedy series, Happy Funtime Hour, but their production goes awry when a mad scientist named Doctor Funtime forces them to ingest a hallucinogenic substance he created. The actors must go through unpredictable events while constantly meeting different characters.
The Joy of Sets
The Joy of Sets was an Australian comedy television series looking at the elements used to construct television shows. The show was originally broadcast weekly by the Nine Network, premiering on 20 September 2011.
The show was written and hosted by comedians Tony Martin and Ed Kavalee, and produced by Zapruder's other films, the production company owned by Andrew Denton. Martin and Kavalee previously worked together in 2006 and 2007 hosting the popular Australian radio program Get This.
Mash Up
Mash Up is a 2012 television series on Comedy Central hosted by T. J. Miller that features stand up comedians and visualizations. Series was spawned from a 2011 special of the same name.
Steve Heisler at the The A.V. Club reviewed the show and gave it a grade of A-.
Onion News Network
Onion News Network is a parody television news show. The show premiered its ten-episode first season on January 21, 2011, at 10:00 p.m. EST on IFC.
In March 2007, The Onion launched The Onion News Network, a daily web video broadcast that had been in production since sometime in mid-2006. The Onion invested about $1 million in production and hired 15 staffers to focus on the venture. Carol Kolb, former Editor-in-Chief of The Onion is the ONN's head writer; and Will Graham is the showrunner and Executive Producer. It is implied on-air that the ONN show "FactZone with Brooke Alvarez" is "simulcasted" on IFC Friday nights at 10pm ET.
Bigger, Better, Faster, Stronger
'Bigger, Better, Faster, Stronger was a New Zealand science-based reality television series broadcast on TV3. Each episode saw the two hosts, James Coleman and Greg Page, work to produce a "new and improved" version of a household appliance or object. At the beginning of each episode, the hosts selected their team from a combined pool of five people, four of whom had skills that were of value to the project, and one of whom did not. They then spent the remainder of the day in a shed producing the new device, before holding competitive tests the following morning. The tests were adjudicated by Kirsten Pederson.
Before the series aired, Coleman told news media that the episode in which he attempted to make a clothes drier from a lawnmower engine and an angle grinder was a near-disaster, as "The clothes ended up being distributed in specks of cotton around the laundry and the hooks flew off and embedded themselves around the set," but "Luckily, they didn't kill or blind anyone."
The series was nominated for an Aotearoa Film & Television Award in 2011.
