They’ve gotten a Japanese label and they’re debut album has already sold thousands of copies. At the same time, Aiko, a girl from Osaka, starts her journey - a 10 hour busride to see the band she has fallen in love with. Her biggest dream is to meet the band and tell her how much they mean to her. To do that she has practiced the Norwegian language.

Overnight, Mali’s most revered members of society – the musicians – were forced into hiding or exile. This film follows Mali’s musicians as they fight to keep music alive in their country. We witness fierce battles between the army and the jihadists, capture life over borders at refugee camps where money and hope are scarce, follow perilous journeys home to war ravaged cities, and for one band, Songhoy Blues, their path to international stardom.

In addition to the full Club Nokia performance, Stillness In Motion includes a bonus feature premiering "The Space Between the Notes (Tour Mischief)," a revelatory video diary comprised of more than three and a half hours of footage, lensed around the world on-stage, off-stage and behind-the-scenes during Vai's epic Story of Light World Tour.

Impassioned banjo-led brodowns are easy to diss on record. When it’s here, in the company of thousands, it’s impossible to resist. Ted Dwane - up there with Este Haim in the bass-face stakes (double bass-face?) - is having the time of his life, and it’s almost like third album ‘Wilder Mind’ never happened. Things are brought back down to earth with a thud. Nothing tops Mumfords’ most-loved in their Friday night headline set in terms of sentiment or enthusiasm - this time round, the banjos win.

Angels vs. Bullies
In a school, a failing school specialising in music, Gabriel, gang-leader and graffiti artist who breaks into the school building after dark, begins to see ghosts. At first he only sees one ghost - a beautiful young teenager who was a victim of bullying. Soon though, others appear. Only the bewildered Gabriel can see them. He begins to encounter the ghost girl with disturbing frequency. She warns him that Lucy, the talented but fragile singer of the school rock band, Spray Can Angels, is being bullied and is soon destined to join the ranks of the ghosts
Unless Gabriel can prevent it... With the arrival of the school inspectors, and everything hanging on the school concert at a nearby night spot, the pace is ratcheted up. “Angels vs Bullies” races towards a tense and moving double climax - to save Lucy and the school.

The scene is 4AM, November 19, 1915. Legendary labor songwriter, Joe Hill, is in his cell at the Utah State Prison, hours away from his execution for a trumped-up murder charge. A reporter has been sent from a local paper to record his last words. Maybe Hill will give them to him, maybe he won't. But first, the reporter will have to hear the story of Hill's life, the history and thinking behind his songs, the philosophy of the industrial Workers of the World for whom Hill writes, his thinking on life and labor, love and death, And he'll have to hear many songs.
