Rats and Cats
Rats and cats is a dark, satirical comedy about a fallen star and broken dreams. It is about fame and our culture of obsession. Actor Darren McWarren (Jason Gann) starred in soap, mini-series and film before destroying his career with a series of indiscretions. Now McWarren is out of the industry and living in a small town in Western Victoria he can do whatever he wants. When a journalist decides to write a "Where are they now" profile on McWarren, he finds the former star has become a modern day Errol Flynn. The local girls want to fornicate with him and their fellas want to fight him. He mightn't have found love - but it's the next best thing.

A boy and a girl who have wildly divergent personalities yet share the name, Alex Reyes, decide to team up for a cycling contest. But while female Alex is focused on winning the prize money, male Alex is more concerned with his parents breaking up. Madhumasam
Sanjay (Sumanth) is an extremely practical guy who believes in nothing but logic and reasoning. He listens to his mind and ignores his heart. Hamsa Vahini (Sneha) is a girl who believes strongly in human bonds and trusts everybody easily. Hamsa likes Sanjay immensely and proposes to marry him. Sanjay too accepts the proposal. In a casual chitchat, Sanjay reveals that he does not love her though he is marrying her. He feels that it is a marriage of convenience and practicality. Sanjay's confession hurts Hamsa and she cancels the engagement. As Sanjay slowly realizes the power of love and starts missing her, Hamsa becomes pragmatic and practical due to her family related circumstances, and ignores his pleas for forgiveness. The rest of the story is all about how she finally accepts Sanjay's love.

Cheng Sanhe, the first "Kanu" who successfully filed for bankruptcy in Taiwan, went from being inexplicably indebted at the beginning to realizing that he had already owed millions of debts. The bank's collection and the finance company used threats and intimidation to collect debts. Sanhe has since fallen into the hell of "using cards to raise cards". Taiwan’s first "card god" Yang Huiru, who successfully profited from banks with bonus points, used the loopholes in bank bonuses to successfully connect relatives and friends to purchase tickets or shopping station goods by swiping cards, and then use online auctions to earn the difference. Earning millions in the bank, the bank stopped using credit cards. Yang Huiru, who has also experienced personal pain, persuaded the card slaves to face reality: "Hurry up and cut off the card! Because the interest is too heavy, don’t think about borrowing another cash card to pay off the card debt. It’s getting deeper and deeper."
