A film about Shin Sasakubo's childhood place Chichibu - home of Mt. Buko, known as the “mountain of the gods.” It is the most important mountain in the local folk religion and serves as the sacred site of the Chichibu Shrine. This sacred mountain is blasted, even today, by large corporations who harvest limestone with dynamite. This film, a project by the art collective Chichibu Avant-Garde, and depicts memories of the destruction of Mt. Buko as if through a somato (Japanese revolving lantern) or kaleidoscope.

Self Reflection
The author uses his home movies and photographs taken at significant moments of his life that had shaped him into the man he is today. The film presents his innocent childhood, his love for his profession, his first encounters with camera and his experiences during the war that forced him out of his home. The war turned a boy into a soldier and left victims in its wake - both death and alive - as well as memories that provoke tears and anger, but also laughter. The war also defined his take on life and almost destroyed his dreams.

Rufus Wainwright staged a special performance of his traveling contemporary opera Prima Donna at the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, Athens on September 15, 2015. The opera featured a new film accompaniment directed by Francesco Vezzoli and starring Cindy Sherman as an aging soprano who hopes to pull off a comeback performance in Paris on Bastille Day. In the film, Sherman performs against the backdrop of the Théâtre des Variétés, Paris, in costumes originally worn by legendary soprano Maria Callas.
