Three continuous zooms towards a landscape are deconstructed into a discontinuous appearance of single frames. The panoramic view is obstructed, the organic movement of the hand dissolved into structural variation of the basic units of film. Indexical content is inevitably present on the physical film strip and yet lost in the structure of the film. The closer you get to what is out there, the more it disappears.

Road to Pride
Mt Isa neighbours, Rex and Frankie, hit the road to Sydney's Mardi Gras to piece together the missing pieces of their lives before they lose all the colour in their lives and fade away forever. The Mariner
A young woman living in a small seaside town who has something to prove to herself. Over the course of the short, we follow the trials and tribulations of this woman as she takes on the task of restoring an old boat that lies dormant on the beach. In the task of this restoration not only does she test her physical limits, but also her emotional ones, as she confronts an old face from her past and releases her memories to the tide.

The story starts in a peaceful village, where people are living gratefully together, having fun, greeting and passing lives. Children are playing, running around, laughing loud and enjoying their time. The sudden death of a pigeon is the start of a destruction to all these beauties. Time goes on and people get more and more cruel. An intimate warm space turns into a low quality, black and white world which reminds every spectator of a cheese game.

La Danza Del Coyote
The movie is about two coyotes who fight among themselves to gain a little bit of food, all this happened in the middle of the desert. The genre of the work is a tragedy, inspired by the ancient stories of Greek literature. The music that accompanies the film is performed with pre-Hispanic instruments such as the flute, the sonaja and the drum.

The film was made during the pandemic, when I returned home to my family. It shows the feelings of self-isolation, to which something childish, native and close has been added, because I am at home. All the sounds and music in the film are collected from the noise recorded in our apartment on a dictaphone: my sister's laughter, our cat, TV, fan, etc.
