The Wide Open Project
The lonely life of an artist, told through the music made under self-destructive circumstances. The Wide Open Project is an experimental visual album about the upcoming artist, Zinity. The film connects emotions, separated over three individually written songs which, when combined, represents escapism from depression. In the short film, a cruel world is seen from the perspective of an insecure artist. For a creative, creating is equal to addiction. High Fidelity
When record store owner and compulsive list-compiler Rob Gordon gets dumped by his long-time girlfriend, Laura, because he hasn't changed since they met, he revisits his top five breakups of all time in order to figure out what went wrong. As he examines his failed attempts at romance and happiness, the process finds him being dragged, kicking and screaming, into adulthood.

This reissue by Below System, contains almost a 2 hour making of DVD where you will see most of the contributors to the Disposable Arts album. On September 6, 2019, Melanie Martinez confirmed that a sequel to her visual album film K-12 is in the works. Martinez revealed that the film will go along with her third studio album. In September 2021, Martinez revealed that her new album and film would be released in 2022.
