On the second day of a retreat organised by ‘Yo Soy Tu Mismo’ (a group of Spanish devotees of Bhagavan Sri Ramana) on 27th September 2019, in reply to the final part of a long email Michael James discusses the creation and reabsorption of phenomena, explains why we cannot eradicate ego so long as we continue to observe phenomena, why ego is described as the ‘witness’, and why we should observe only the observer or witness only the witness, and then answers questions on these and other aspects of Bhagavan’s teachings.
