Nearby Squamish Search and Rescue attends multiple calls for crashed mountain bikers including an NSR family member. A hiker fails to cross the Squamish River, and North Shore and Squamish join forces to reach a critically injured rock climber.

Episode 3 - Into the Night

A hiker is trapped on a cliff overnight. A child falls on a family hike. The team reflects on tracking lost people, while new tech aids boots on the ground. The night-vision helicopter is called for a critical rescue of a snowmobile rider several hours north.

Episode 4 - Out of Bounds
June. 18,2024

The team has a precedent-setting helicopter rescue as darkness falls. Winter is in full swing, and a number of skiers and snowboarders encounter accidents out of bounds and in the back country. A tragedy from the past saves a teenager's life.

Episode 5 - Sky and Snow

A base jumper leaps from the Squamish Chief with unfortunate results. A couple is hit by falling ice while a para glider crashes in subzero conditions. Then, new members take the lead as five young men get lost in steep, snowy terrain all night.
