October. 04,2013 TV-MAKojou Akatsuki's days as an ordinary high school student in the Demon District of Itogami Island come to an abrupt end after a fateful encounter leaves him with the remarkable abilities of a vampire. It isn't long before he is thrust into the center of attention when it is discovered that he is the fourth primogenitor, an immensely powerful vampire whom most consider to be merely a legend. Fearing Kojou's destructive potential, the Lion King Organization sends in an apprentice sword-shaman, Yukina Himeragi, to monitor, and should he become a threat, kill the boy deemed the world's most powerful vampire. Forced together by circumstance, the two form an unlikely alliance as Kojou comes to terms with his abilities and they both struggle to protect the city from various emerging chaotic forces.

Kojo is preparing to enter the Node and rescue Avrora, but the MAR, Led by the sister of the director Shahryar Ren, Radori Ren, intervenes. With the threat of a Tenbu ancient flying fortress, Radori claims she wants to prevent a war and demands that the Itogami Island be sold to the MAR.
Yukina is sent by the Lion King Organization to the bottom of the Keystone Gate to destroy the kagame stone, the keystone of the entire island, to sink Itogami Island and close the Node portal. While she hesitates to use the Sekkarou to complete her task, Kojo arrives to stop her, determined to fight to defend the island.
Radori Ren tries to show the strength of the Dantou Familiar to Kojo and the others by destroying Tokyo. Meanwhile La Foria who leads the fleet of Knights of the Second Coming attacks Shito (Carena City).
Kojo enters the Node with Yukina to Stop Shahryar Ren and rescue Avrora.
