When Jax and Laura-Leigh are caught having sex in SUR's bathroom and Frank insults a customer, Lisa is forced to crack the whip on her staff, resulting in a firing. Stassi thinks her life is back on track when she makes up with her old friend Katie and introduces her new boyfriend Frank to her parents, but when an unexpected argument escalates, Stassi finds herself headed for her second break-up of the summer.

Stassi comes back from Vegas to find that SUR is not the same, as Jax has started dating one of her friends, and Katie and Kristen have turned against her. When Lisa calls a staff meeting to put a stop to the infighting, Laura-Leigh explodes on Stassi for sending her bullying texts. Scheana nervously prepares for her first live performance at the world-famous Roxy, where after a rocky start, she not only steals the show but makes a very unexpected friend.

The SUR staff heads to Las Vegas for Stassi's birthday and leaves Lisa very short handed at the restaurant on her busiest night of the week, but Scheana stays back to make sure things run smoothly. Stassi disinvites Jax from Vegas so she can spend the weekend with her new boyfriend Frank, but when Jax crashes the party, a fight breaks out that will divides the group and threatens strong friendships.

Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares
Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares is a television programme featuring British celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay. The BAFTA and Emmy Award-winning programme debuted on Channel 4 in 2004.
In each episode, Ramsay visits a failing restaurant and acts as a troubleshooter to help improve the establishment in just one week. Ramsay revisits the restaurant a few months later to see how business has fared in his absence. Episodes from series one and two have been re-edited with additional new material as Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares Revisited; they featured Ramsay checking up on restaurants a year or more after he attended to them. In October 2009 Ramsay announced that after his four-year contract expired in 2011 he would not continue with Kitchen Nightmares and would instead work on his other shows.
The Restaurant
The Restaurant is a reality television series that aired on NBC in 2003, with a second season broadcasting in 2004. The series had encore presentations on CNBC and Bravo.
Celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito opened the Gramercy Park, New York City, restaurant Union Pacific in August, 1997. The NBC series, it was announced, would follow DiSpirito as he launched and operated a new Manhattan restaurant. The first season revolved around the construction and opening of Rocco's on 22nd, scheduled to open in five weeks. Some 7.5 million viewers tuned in for the July 20, 2003 premiere focusing on the search for a location and construction work for the new restaurant.
Among the 2000 people who showed up hoping to be hired were various actors, models and show business hopefuls. The Surreal Life
The Surreal Life is a reality television series that sets a select group of past-their-prime celebrities and records them as they live together in Glen Campbell's former mansion in the Hollywood Hills for two weeks. The format of the show resembles that of The Real World and Road Rules, in that the cameras not only record the castmates' participation in group activities assigned to them, but also their interpersonal relationships and conflicts.
