A Catastrophe in Court The Eichmann Trial
Known as the trial of the century, the case against the the former SS man was brought to court on April 11, 1961. It attracted international attention: Adolf Eichmann was one of the people responsible for the murder of an estimated six million Jews and Sinti and Roma in Europe. As court witnesses, Holocaust survivors described the horrific crimes committed during the Nazi era. For most of the survivors who testified, this was the first time they had spoken out about what had happened to them. Their accounts of murder, torture and manslaughter were devastating.

The Pearl Necklace
For nine-year-old Saša, the end of the Second World War is an adventure in which he and young neighbour friend Mařenka compete over who will spot the first Soviet soldier. First Flight of Vulcan XH558
The aviation heritage will never forget Thursday October 18th, 2007. The awesome sight of the mighty Cold War aircraft taking to the air powered by its four huge Rolls Royce Olympus engines brought tears to the eyes of all who saw it and generated spontaneous applause not only across Bruntingthorpe Airfield but around the aerospace world. After two years of restoration and over 10 years of planning and persuading, Vulcan XH558 finally leapt in to the air. This Souvenir DVD documents the memorable day and will last as a permanent record of a unique and historic achievement.
The Harrier
The Harrier, the World's first vertical take off fighter evolved from the P.1127 project and the follow on from this, the Kestrel. The Harrier has gradually evolved through the GR1-GR3 and the AV-8A, the American version. Later Aircraft were upgraded to the GR5, GR7 and the current Mk GR9. Other Mks of Harrier are also operated by the Indiarf Navy and Spain. The Harrier has had a long and successful detachment of several years operating in Afghanistan, which it has recently returned from in time to celebrate it's 40th anniversary at RAF Wittering.
