Liberation at Bunker Nordosten
During WWII, an American soldier, Doug Wilson, has been captured by the nefarious Germans. The German general, Franz Lieber, has tasked his scientist with experimenting on Wilson deep underground in a place known as Bunker Nordosten. However, as the war reaches its end, Franz Lieber orders for Doug Wilson's execution. Through the cold German air, Wilson is dragged into a field and is tied down to a post, while the German firing squad awaits their orders. Doug Wilson's fate now rests within the hands of Franz Lieber and his German soldiers.
Toyo's Camera
Even though bringing in cameras to the internment camps was prohibited, one man managed to smuggle in his own camera lens and build a camera to document life behind barbed wires, with the help of other craftsmen in the camp. That man was Toyo Miyatake, a successful issei (first generation immigrant) photographer and owner of a photo-shop in the Los Angeles Little Tokyo district, and of one of the many Americans who was interned with his family against his will. With his makeshift camera, Miyatake captured the dire conditions of life in the camps during World War II as well as the resilient spirit of his companions, many of whom were American citizens who went on to fight for their country overseas. Miyatake said, "It is my duty to record the facts, as a photographer, so that this kind of thing should never happen again."

This lavishly spectacular film focuses on the character of Lorinc Parcen Nagy from the 1200-page Tibor Déry novel interwoven with numerous autobiographical elements. Lorinc Parcen Nagy is the offspring of an upper middle class family, whose life is marked by two violent deaths: the suicide of his father and the slaughter of an innocent worker. He breaks with his family and his mother in disgust; she is of weak character, a person who abandoned her own husband. Between 1975 and 1983 a new kind of film could be seen in French cinema: home-grown gay pornography. Francisco Morázan has been in Costa Rica for five months where he has been appointed Provisional Chief of State. It has called for elections to install a National Constituent Assembly, which should be a legal structure to the Costa Rican state. The Assembly has decreed the validity of the constitution of 1825, the same as that of the Central American Federation; It has declared the accession of Costa Rica to the Republic of Central America. Two months later Francisco Morazán is shot one afternoon on September 15, 1842.
