Mwll (of a Fire) Lifeless is a film and soundtrack to South Wales. The film features archival footage collaged with original footage, filmed by Louis O’Hara, of the large Welsh towns of Doc Penfro, Garnant, Ynys y Barri and Port Talbot accompanied by an original soundtrack composed, performed and recorded by Louis O’Hara. The film is the final product of an extended passion project for Louis on which the works of Dylan Thomas, Idris Davies and R. S. Thomas can be heard, through recordings of Richard Burton, Dylan Thomas himself and an original recital from Welsh actress Cate Lovett. The music of the project spans many sounds and influences, and features contributions from members of bands Squid, Minor Conflict, Bible Club, Shanty Le Hara and Welsh solo artist LEO.

Die Liebe des Hans Albers
