Indecision: What It Once Meant
Indecision's “What It Once Meant“ documentary, directed by Derek Morse and edited by Rob Soucy, explores the life and times of the Brooklyn hardcore band with an inside look at what the band went though touring in the 90's. Indecision started in 1993 in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, touring full time until 2000 when the band imploded in the middle of the tour in the desert town of El Paso, TX. In 2006, the band reunited for a one off show at the Superbowl of Hardcore in New York and the band has been playing a few shows per year ever since.

Listening to Moscow
Moscow has become a home and stage for artists from all over the world. Music in this city sounds without stopping: a cosmopolitan Venezuelan who settled in Moscow is preparing the presentation of the album of his band – an important event of the underground rock scene. A Chinese pianist from the Conservatory, who is in love with Rachmaninoff, is preparing for a serious exam. American and Kazakh are experimenting with formats and looking for a listener among the neighbors in the entrance, inviting them to an apartment party. The Cuban ensemble once again takes to the stage of the restaurant with national songs and dances. A Ghanaian drummer plays with a gospel choir at a Protestant service. Each of them exists in its own small worlds, accessible to the listener; and these worlds make up the musical landscape of Moscow.

"Part of an ongoing project called Scanning Cinema [that consists] of scanning moving images by using a flatbed scanner and a monitor and putting them back into an animated film. The inversions [produced by this] method (the physical action of scanning) [generate] a new language like a disturbed echo from the photographic reviving of moving images. […] The fragments … used [here] are a re-montage of Michelangelo Antonioni’s Blow-Up, [while] the original soundtrack of Herbie Hancock has undergone the same process as the images. The movie consists of 10,000 scans put together in a stop-motion film." (Benjamin Verhoeven)

An emotional and heartfelt story, THE AMERICAN SAINT NICK illustrates how American soldiers and residents of the hamlet were able to bond over a moment in time, creating a tradition that continues to this day.

He is like a blank slate shaped by the people he meets along the way and by his new experiences. His personality and understanding of the world change to such an extent, that he is left wondering who he really is and in what dramatic circumstances is he going to find himself...
