Looting, chanting, tear gas, rubber bullets – these are the images from Ferguson, Mo. entering American homes. But the vast majority of protesters are armed with little more than chalk and paper signs, hoping to create a memorial for Michael Brown, the teenager killed by a police officer in the St Louis suburb on Aug. 9. We followed teenager Shane Flowers as he weaved through the protests, attempting to let his voice be heard and fight for change with darkness slowly falling on Florissant Avenue. As he moves through the crowds, he hears differing opinions from other protesters on the best ways to fight for change.

The Bakal na Krus was once a ordinary weapon crafted by a Spanish warrior priest. The cross became the legendary weapon as it is today when Datu Bangaraw struck the cross into the ground and made a prayer to make the cross a weapon of salvation. It is said that one who has bravery in one's heart and faith in God will become powerful. Datu Bangaraw's prayer was heard and the Bakal na Krus became a weapon that can change into different forms. He then passes the sword to his son, who in turn passes it to his descendants.

Tolonen
In the early 1970s, the internationally celebrated Finnish guitarist Jukka Tolonen chose to continue his promising solo career instead of joining the bands of artists such as Cat Stevens and Abba. However, by the late 90s, Tolonen found himself living on the street in Stockholm and ended up in prison in 2008 for assaulting his girlfriend. The documentary is a story of letting go, surviving and finding a new beginning. It also sees Tolonen’s music live on in the hands of young musicians.
