The texts edited together become a lament of the waiters’ disappearance and the state of workers today.

Camillo Negro, professor of neurology at the University of Turin, was a pioneer of "scientific cinematography". Between 1906 and 1918, with the help of his assistant Giuseppe Roasenda, he had some of his patients filmed for educational purposes by Roberto Omegna, one of the major Italian operators. During the war years he continued his scientific cinematography project at the Turin Military Hospital, documenting war syndromes in soldiers.
Himeyuri
The 30-minute film centers around a group of high school students who became nurses called Himeyuri and served during the Battle of Okinawa during World War II. The Himeyuri Alumnae Incorporated Foundation, which runs the Himeyuri Peace Museum in Okinawa, produced the film with the aim to convey the experiences of those high school students, many of whom lost their lives during the battle, to children.

Maya Deren, Take Zero

More than 15 years after the crime, there was no definitive solution to the case and the attacker remained at large. In 1998, CLADEM, CEJIL and Maria da Penha began a fight for domestic violence to be treated as a violation of human rights. The documentary recovers this story.
