The Epochal Trip of Mr. Tříska to Russia
The village teacher Pan Trzhiska found the diary of his grandfather, who almost a hundred years ago was taken prisoner in Russia and later fought there as part of the Czechoslovak Corps. Pan Trzhiska, a film enthusiast and musician, decided to go to his grandfather's "places of military glory" on the Trans-Siberian Express. His journey, his encounters with Russians, his reflections on democracy, the KGB, freedom and philosophy form the basis of this documentary comedy road movie.

The Flicker
Horacio is a 45 year-old Uruguayan soldier. For his good service at the Naval Forces, he received the duty of lighthouse keeper at the Island of Sea Lions in the Atlantic Ocean. Meanwhile he sits amongst the 250 thousand sea lions who keep him company, he dreams of building a sewing machine repair shop in his backyard and giving a future to his daughter. But Horacio has to go to war to save up sufficient money. He will soon part to Congo as member of Uruguay's peace keeping force.

Cinétique
An organic and geometric form resembling an immobile skeleton. This structure, built on the principle of the zoetrope, slowly rotates itself until reach its vibration speed. As well physical and optical principles are revealed, distorting and destroying the bodies to a chaotic abstraction for renew again. The video is built on a palindromic form, on a perpetual return to the origins, beginning and ending in a vacuum. Cinétique was inspired by optical games of pre-cinema which have the loop as fundamental physics principles and explores the concept of Eros and Thanatos : a conflict between life and death.
